Welcome to my website.  I am qualified complementary therapist based in Aldershot, Hampshire.

I am trained in The Bowen Technique, Equine Bowen Therapy,  Anatomy, Physiology and Massage and Hopi Ear Candles.

In 1997 after gaining a BA Hons degree in Equine Studies at Warwickshire College I began working in Project Co-ordination and used this skill over the next eleven years to work for three large corporate companies.  However I always wanted to work with people and horses and escape the office environment.  During my spare time I trained with ITEC in Anatomy, Physiology and Holistic Massage. 

In 2004 I experienced the Bowen Technique.  I suffered with whiplash after a car accident and consequently suffered with continual headaches and neck pain.  I had various treatments for two years which helped alleviate the pain but I could not find a treatment with long lasting relief, until I discovered the Bowen Technique.                                                                              

I was intrigued during my first treatment as the therapy was different.  The treatment was very gentle and relaxing.  During the treatment my body was given breaks where the therapist would leave the room.  This allowed my body to start responding to the Bowen moves.  As the treatment was so painless and relaxing, I went away with little hope of success.  However, to my relief, after just one treatment my neck pain and headaches completely disappeared.
